Estérification of p-hydroxybénzoic acid with glucose making use of a γ-Al2U3/SO4 catalyst

Abstract
Esterification of p-hydroxybenzoic acid with glucose can be anticipated to generate esters. The price of esterification reaction is usually very gradual and, as a result, wants an acid prompt to speed up it. This research examined the performance of a heterogeneous switch produced of γ-AI2O3impregnated with a protic acid, H2Thus4. The heterogeneous driver, γ-Al2O3/Thus4, has been characterized making use of XRD, XRF, and BET strategies. The esterification responses were performed using dimethyl sulfoxide (DMS0) solvent at á temperature of 1000M and noticed after they survived for 1 to 24 hours (response period).
